A fractional HR partner can take these tasks off your plate for less than hiring full-time. Let's talk about which ones to hand off first.

How we calculate this
Each task you check has a fixed base time plus time per person. Per-person time shrinks as your team grows (bigger teams build systems), from 1.00× at 1–10 people down to 0.35× at 250+. Contractors count at a reduced weight depending on the task (for example, they don't go through benefits enrollment). Hiring, onboarding, and offboarding are estimated from typical annual turnover: 15% for employees and 35% for contractors. Weekly hours = monthly hours ÷ 4.33. Dollar values use $85/hour, a typical fractional HR rate. These are estimates for planning, not an audit of your business.
